The program runs for 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the number of participating agents and the training plan agreed upon.
Sessions take place 2 to 3 times per week, either in the morning or afternoon, and each session has a duration of 2 hours
Each academy batch requires at least 10 sales agents to proceed.
dedicated WhatsApp group will be created for each academy cycle. This group will be the primary channel for communication, updates, and content sharing. You’ll receive: • Session reminders and schedules • Training handouts, bonus materials, and podcasts • Role-play prompts, quick quizzes, and motivational updates • Support messages and announcements from the Trainity Hub team
Yes, you can add or change an agent after the program has started; however, the new participant will miss any sessions already conducted, T&C apply.
If an agent exits mid-program, their slot can be transferred to a newly onboarded agent, provided it stays within the package capacity and timeframe.
Yes, upon successful completion, agents will receive: • Certificate of Completion (for 100% attendance + activity completion) • Certificate of Achievement + Designer Gift Package (Signature & Premium tier) & participants who close deals within the academy period. • Certification Ceremony at the end of the academy
Yes, training schedules can be adjusted based on mutual agreement prior to the start of the program. Once confirmed, changes are limited to ensure consistency.
